1 Weekend Plan



This plan is for you to get ideas to develop your goals and get challenged!

  1. This is a three day plan (Friday - Sunday)

  2. You'll receive videos everyday with ideas related to your own dancing goals

  3. The format of this content will be in videos grouped by challenges

  4. You'll receive one challenge per day (three in total)

  5. You'll need to send a single practice recap video for each day

  6. You will receive feedback at the end of the weekend
